To this effect the ICC directly coordinates with the Israeli [[Ministry of Strategic Affairs]]. - The ICC functions to thwart the Boycott, Divest, Sanction (BDS) movement. - The BDS movement is largely centered on the college campuses, one of the many reasons the Israelis consider them the front lines of the psychological war. #### Mossad, Psychological Warfare, and Project Butterfly - *The ICC is essentially a front for the Israeli Mossad. This is concealed through a few layers.* - TL;DR - The ICC is funded with money from Israeli government programs intended for covert foreign influence operations. - The ICC has a network of spies on US campuses. - The ICC compiles data which it shares with the [[Ministry of Strategic Affairs]]. - The ICC uses advanced Israeli tech to monitor antisemitism on social media. --- - The ICC brags of its "up to the minute tracking of Israel related activity at colleges and universities." - The ICC hires on the ground campus spies (HUMINT - Human Intelligence) to surveil the activities of all students and faculty involved in pro-Palestine or Israel-critical events. - The ICC sends their findings to the [[ADL]]. - The [[ADL]] uses the data from the ICC to compile its infamous reports on antisemitism. - The ADL's reports are used to lobby the US government against people, institutions and entities painted as hostile to Israel. - In a hidden camera interview ICC CEO [[Jacob Baime]] described the power the ICC holds against antisemites as "this massive national political campaign to crush them." - Baime is a former [[AIPAC]] national director. Baime also formerly worked for [[The David Project]]. - Baime revealed the ICC's work in compiling highly sensitive reports that it shares with the Israeli [[Ministry of Strategic Affairs]]. - Baime revealed that the ICC uses psychological warfare based on Stanley McChrystal's counterinsurgency strategy in Iraq. - The ICC is funded by *Concert*, originally called *Kella Shlomo*. - *Concert* was established by the Israeli security cabinet with $35 million dollars to fund clandestine pro-Israel operations abroad. - *Concert* is used to circumvent the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). - The ICC has paid at least $1 million to FP1 Strategies, a D.C based right wing political consulting firm for promotion of social media posts attacking pro-Palestine students. - FP1 is behind political advertising for many big name Republican politicians. - The ICC uses PR firms to run inorganic social media campaigns to influence online discourse; these operations are central to Israeli psychological warfare. - Officially unrelated to the ICC is a group involved in strikingly similar activity, the [[Psy-Group]]. - Beginning in 2016, the Psy-Group ran an influence operation called [[Project Butterfly]]. - The ICC operates a command center HQ in Washington, D.C where they track and compile online data to build their reports. - The ICC used an online data tracking company called Radian6 to monitor targets online until they phased it out in favor of more advanced Israeli-made tech. - Radian6 was bought by [[Salesforce]] in 2011. - Salesforce is ran by Jewish billionaire [[Marc Benioff]]. - The ICC supports the vicious pro-Israel doxxing website [[Canary Mission]]. - Canary mission, like the ICC is backed by the Israeli [[Ministry of Strategic Affairs]] and subsequently the Israeli security system. - The Ministry of Strategic affairs was founded in 2006. - [[Ron Dermer]] is the current Minister of Strategic Affairs. - Dermer is a close [[Benjamin Netanyahu]] ally. - Dermer was born in the US but took Israeli citizenship in 1997, renounced his US citizenship in 2005, and began working for the Israeli government. #### Other Programs and Activities - The ICC operations center coordinates rapid response to Jewish and Israeli matters on campuses. - The ICC teaches students and university staff on methods to combat and report antisemitism. - The ICC trains Jewish students for media appearances and subsequently secures those appearances. - The ICC coordinates online campaigns to boost its trained pro Israel influencers. - Just a few days after [[October 7th]], the ICC organized a call to punish the pro-Palestine "Student's for Justice in Palestine (SJP)" and to punish students who support what the ICC calls terrorism. - The coalition organized by the ICC included: - [[A Wider Bridge]] - [[American Jewish Committee (AJC)]] - [[American Zionist Movement (AZM)]] - [[ADL]] - [[Birthright Israel]] - [[Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis (CAMERA)]] - [[Christians United For Israel (CUFI)]] - [[Combat Antisemitism Movement]] - [[Hasbara Fellowships]] - [[Hillel International]] - [[Jewish National Fund]] - [[The Lawfare Project]] - [[StandWithUs (SWU)]] - [[StopAntisemitism]] - [[Students Supporting Israel]] - The [[Orthodox Union]]'s Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (JLIC) - A number of local federations of the [[Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA)]] - A number of [[Chabad On Campus]] chapters - Many US legislators - The ICC hosts an annual "National Leadership Summit." - The NLS is a "three-day training seminar." - The NLS is held in Washington, D.C. - Student's travel and accommodations are 100% covered by the ICC. - Students attend the NLS, are trained in Israeli [[Hasbara]], taught to spy on fellow students, and return to their schools. - The ICC runs a "microgrants" program where any student, faculty, or pro Israel professional can apply for the ICC to fund their event or initiative. - The ICC website reads *"We provide funding for initiatives that support Israel. Just let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help you get it rolling!"* - The ICC offered any pro-Israel college student a $250 grant to attend the November 2023 *March For Israel* rally in Washington, D.C. - The *March for Israel* was sponsored by the [[Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA)]] and the [[Conference of Presidents]]. ![[image-139.png|662x392]] *Mike Johnson, Hakeem Jeffries, Chuck Schumer, Jodi Ernst at the November 14, 2023 astroturfed March For Israel*. #### Funding and Donors - In 2011 the ICC had revenues of $2.88 million - By 2020 it took in $9.33 million. - In 2024 the ICC took in $25.2 million in revenue. - 98.6% of the ICC's revenue in 2024 came from contributions. - [[Adam Milstein]] is the principle benefactor of the ICC. - Milstein is a close ally of [[Benjamin Netanyahu]] and the late right wing Jewish megadonor [[Sheldon Adelson]]. - [[Bernard Marcus]]'s [[Marcus Foundation]] - $5.651 million from 2022-2024 - The [[Jewish National Fund]] - $2.05 million from 2023-2025 - [[Jan Koum]]'s Family Foundation - $1.25 million in 2022. $1.55 million total. - The [[koret Foundation]] - "Has funded the ICC for over a decade" - May 2025 - [[Paul Singer]]'s [[Paul E.
