The previous US immigration law favored Northern and Western Europe which the Jews, mostly from eastern Europe, took issue with. - The UJA was not a direct lobbyist for the Hart Cellar Act of 1965 but it funded and worked with the Jewish groups that did. *These groups are a revolving door of the same people, and same money with similar interest. Therefore the activities of a group like the UJA and those of groups like the AJC and the ADL are thoroughly intertwined. * - The UJA uses its influence to support the continuation of the US Refugee Admissions Program. The program is the main vehicle for the admission of third world "refugees" into the United States. It was passed in the Refugee Act of 1980. - The UJA with Jewish groups like the [[Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS)]] lobbied against Trump's 2017 refugee ban. - The UJA supports Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). DACA allows illegal immigrant children to be safe from deportation. The UJA consistently voices its opposition to 'mass deportations.' *The UJA will always cite the needs of Jewish refugees when supporting various pro immigrant legislation. How then, does the UJA explain its support for illegal immigration which includes essentially no Jews? I do think its true that continued refugees and illegal immigration are in Jewish interest. Not for the purpose of facilitating Jewish immigrants instead for the purpose of diluting the powerful, formerly cohesive white Christian countries.* - The UJA used [[United Israel Appeal]] and the [[Jewish Agency]] to funnel money to Israel. - In the 80s and 90s the UJA underwent a series of mergers. - Some of these mergers were of local level chapters such as the NYC Federation of Jewish Philanthropies merging with the local NYC UJA in 1988 to create the [[UJA-Federation of New York]]. The UJA-Federation of New York is the largest local philanthropy in the world. - The Jewish [[Tisch Family]] has been heavily involved in the UJA. - [[Lawrence Tisch]] - 1973-74 - [[Wilma Tisch]] - 1980-83 - [[James Tisch]] - 1998-2001 #### UJA Capitalizing on Crises - In 1948 alone UJA raised over $200 million dollars ($2.7 billion today) which, after the creation of Israel, were predominantly used to aid the needs of the new country. - From 1947-50 [[Henry Morgenthau Jr.]], FDR's treasury secretary, was chairman of the UJA. - He helped to raise almost $300 million for the [[Yishuv]] in the years around the [[1948 Arab Israeli War]]. The money the UJA raised was crucial to the founding of Israel. - In response to the [[1967 Six Day War]] the UJA raised $308 million. - In the first week of the [[1973 Yom Kippur War]] the UJA took in $100 million. - In 1991, the year of the [[First Gulf War]], the UJA raised $1.2 billion due to the Scud missiles fired by Iraq at Israel. #### UJA Connections to Israeli Intel - Early funds of collected by the UJA were partially diverted into the active network of Jewish arms smuggling to the [[Haganah]] in the 30s and 40s. - [[Herbert Friedman]], a rabbi and longtime prominent UJA leader, admitted his involvement in aiding the arms smuggling going on in the 30s and 40s. - Friedman was a US army chaplain in WWII after which he became involved with [[Jewish Immigration to Palestine|Illegal Jewish immigration]] to Palestine in cahoots with [[David Ben-Gurion]]'s [[Haganah]]. - Freidman was also the founding president of [[Les Wexner]]'s [[Wexner Foundation]]. - [[Les Wexner]] was the number one benefactor of [[Jeffrey Epstein]]. - The UJA chairman from 1965-67 was wealthy Jewish philanthropist [[Max Fisher]]. - Fisher was an advisor to multiple presidents on Middle East policy, Eisenhower, Ford, Nixon, Carter, W Bush, etc. - Max Fisher was a close associate of [[Les Wexner]] and was a member of Wexner's loose collective network of Influential Jews called the [[Mega Group]]. - The UJA was involved with the [[Mossad]] in more than one operation. - Operation Moses was a clandestine operation that emigrated 8,000 Ethiopian Jews out of Sudan in 1984-85. The UJA funded and named the operation. - Operation Solomon which airlifted another 14,000 Ethiopian Jews out of Ethiopia in 1991 was done with support from the UJA. - Throughout the UJA's history it has functioned in the same way the Jewish Mossad assets called [[Sayanim]] do. - A Sayan (plural Sayanim) is a Jew who although not a direct intel agent, is available to be used by Israeli intel for any number of purposes. - A Sayan could be a business owner who will provide a Mossad agent a cover job. A Sayan could be a media mogul who will facilitate mossad infiltration into their publication. A Sayan can provide a vehicle, recruit agents, provide cover, provide a front company, monitor subjects, or any number of needs Israel's intel might need. - The UJA served like a Sayan but as an organization. The UJA was available for Israeli government networking within the US. The UJA was able to facilitate cover for Israeli spies within the United States. The UJA was available for Israeli intel recruitment purposes. #RedPill *None of these acts are done officially, just like all sayanim activity nothing needs to be in writing. This "sayanim" arrangement, which includes organizations like the UJA, is what has made Israeli intel into the uniquely effective entity that it is. No other intel service in the world can rely on such a network.* #### UJA Merger into the Jewish Federations ![[image-1 3.png|428x97]] - In 1999 the merger between the UJA, the [[United Israel Appeal]], and the council of Jewish Federations, created the [[Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA)]]. The JFNA was originally called the United Jewish Communities (UJC). - The First chairman of the newly founded UJC serving from 1999-2001 was [[Charles Bronfman]]. - Bronfman was a close associate of [[Les Wexner]] and co-founder with Wexner of the [[Mega Group]]. Wexner and the members of the Mega Group were a large source of [[Jeffrey Epstein]]'s influence. - The[[Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA)]] is a member of the umbrella organization the [[Conference of Presidents]]. - The JFNA works closely with [[AIPAC]] on matters of foreign policy and with the [[ADL]] and the [[American Jewish Committee (AJC)]] on matters of "antisemitism." #### UJA Major Donors *Note that not all donations are public, these major individuals are merely the public ones. * - [[Abraham Feinberg]] - [[Max Fisher]] - [[Charles Bronfman]] - [[Tisch Family]] - [[Bernard Marcus]] - [[Barry Sherman]] - [[Paul Singer]] and the [[Paul E. Singer Foundation]] #### Recommended Reading The Israel Lobby - John J. Mearsheimer and Stephen M. Walt #### References - “American Jewish Year Book.” _Jewish Federations of North America_.
