In October of 1945 [[David Ben-Gurion]] has the Palmach enter an alliance with the Irgun and Lehi against the British called the Jewish Resistance movement. - After the November 29, 1947 [[UN Partition Plan]], the Palmach begins attacking Arab Palestinian villages. - In the time after the partition plan and before the declaration of the state, the Palmach and the Haganah begin bombing bridges, destroying houses, and killing Palestinians. This was the beginning of the mass expulsion of Palestinians from their homes and villages. - The Palmach helps the Irgun and Lehi destroy the village of Deir Yassin on April 9, 1948. - Without the Palmach's help the village could not have been destroyed like it was. - The Deir Yassin massacre was particularly Brutal, over 100 villagers were killed, most in their homes. - The Jewish terrorists used explosives on doors they could not manually open. Once inside they killed the occupants. They looted the bodies and homes for money and valuables. - The survivors were paraded through Jerusalem by the Jewish terrorists, after which they were brought back to Deir Yassin and executed. #RedPill *What's notable about the Deir Yassin Massacre is that its perpetrators were not fringe outliers with no history. They went on to become the core of the IDF, the intel services, the civilian government, etc. The early Zionist terrorists put on suits and became politicians. Their disciples are still running Israel today.* - The Final Palmach mission was against the Irgun in the [[Altalena Affair]]. - The Irgun under [[Menachem Begin]] arrived with arms and immigrants in the ship Altalena on June 22, 1948. - [[David Ben-Gurion]] orders the weapons turned over to the newly formed IDF. - Begin refused and Ben Gurion ordered the ship sunk. - The Altalena was sunk. 16 Irgun were killed and 3 IDF. #### American Jewry Funding and Arming the Haganah - The Haganah had a strong network of Zionist and sympathetic Jews living in the United States. - This network was at its peak output in the years 1945-1948; after WWII and before the declaration of the state. Ben Gurion was preparing for a war he knew was coming, because he was going to start it. - They used this network to raise funds and smuggle arms to the Haganah. - [[David Ben-Gurion]] visited the US in 1945 and set up a secret illegal arms trafficking network called the [[Sonneborn Institute]]. - The [[Jewish Agency]] funneled money into American Jewish front companies which would then buy military equipment and smuggle it back to Israel. [[Nahum Bernstein]] is an example. - [[Abraham Feinberg]]'s "Americans for Haganah" was involved in fundraising and material transport for the Haganah. - The [[United Jewish Appeal (UJA)]], an American organization, was a huge source of funding for the [[Jewish Agency]] which controlled the Haganah. - [[Operation Balak]] was a covert arms smuggling operation in Europe for the [[1948 Arab Israeli War]].
